End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Fluxera LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install QCMods on devices you own
• Use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Make one backup copy of the software for archival purposes

2. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software except as expressly permitted
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the software
• Use the software to develop competing products
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the software
• Use the software in violation of applicable laws
• Transfer your license to another person or entity

3. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. Fluxera LLC retains all right, title, and interest in the software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks.

4. Term and Termination

Free Version: The license for the free version is perpetual unless terminated.

Pro Version: The license is valid for the duration of your paid subscription period.

This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the software.

5. Updates and Support

Fluxera LLC may provide updates, upgrades, or new versions at its discretion. Such updates may be subject to additional terms. Technical support is provided as described on our website and may vary based on your license type.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Fluxera LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Fluxera LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fluxera LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the software or violation of this Agreement.

9. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, USA.
